This is my third reservation in Istanbul, and it's the best one so far. Neat, clean, and quiet apartments in a gated area. The pool is beautiful and clean even in winter, although it wasn't operational; it was nicely lit. Excellent location in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Across the street, there's a business center with shops and a food court, and a pharmacy within walking distance. The room has air conditioners and radiators. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Pleasant and clean furniture. The old airport is nearby, so there are always enough taxis available. The sound of planes doesn't bother at all, even though I am a light sleeper. The sea and a pleasant promenade are also within walking distance. In short, a very pleasant and cozy place. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help (as the property has multiple apartments managed by the same company). I will definitely book these apartments in the future!

Great location, shopping centre nearby, spacious apartment, comes with a balcony, very modern and cosy. Whenever I’m in this part of Turkey I’ll stay here for sure! Staff are very helpful, kind and welcoming

Great location, 0.9 miles from Aqua Florya mall and a couple of mins walk to flyinn Mall. Train station also at florya mall very convenient to get to the city. the property was clean and the staff extremely helpful. Staff can also speak English which was a bonus. The night guard was extremely helpful and always assisted with carrying bags or luggage to the apartment. Pool was open but very cold and was cleaned daily. property was fully equipped with everything you need. Pool access is available from all rooms.

The staff was very, very friendly. Starting the day with a big smile and with the question if they could do anything for you. The location perfect. The neighbourhood was friendly and quiet and it was easy to go to the city with public transport

I came back for the second time in this location. Khalid is a very nice, optimistic and kind person who does his job with great pleasure and answered all my questions and requests. Everything was wonderful. Shops nearby, restaurants, even a pharmacy. After a 15-minute walk you reach the seaside, you can walk on the seafront, you can eat the fish of your choice, you can exchange euros into Turkish liras at a good exchange rate and you can visit the Florya shopping complex and Istanbul Aquarium.

First of all the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They keep the property clean, helped quickly with all the asks we had. Location is great, there is a small shopping mall with carrefour and some fast food options right by the apartments, also just 10 min walking to the huge shopping mall and train station, where you can take a train right to the downtown. The apartment itself was very clean, renovated, spacious, and quiet, also it was great to have a pool. Overall I would definitely recommend to stay here, especially if you want to visit Istanbul, but don't want to stay downtown in the tourist chaotic zone!

I recently stayed here, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless and quick, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. We are grateful for being able to park the car right in front of the building. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights during my stay. The amenities were top-notch. The on-site facilities, including the pool are well-maintained and added extra enjoyment to my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation in an extremely beautiful neighbourhood. Overall, my experience surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was amazing, it’s brand new, just two minutes from Flyinn mall and 17 minutes from Aqua Florya and train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all of them.
